 welding positioner is mainly used to placed the work piece in the best position for welding and assembling with the work bench elevating, turning, tilting , its series includes tilting, head and tail stocks ,elevating ,and double turning positioner, cradle type. The positioner can be supplied for interfacing with robot or welding manipulators ,to realize the welding automation. At the same time we can design and customize various type of special welding positioner according to the technological requirement and different work piece given by the customer.

 Welding positioner 

WP3 welding positioner consists of rotation device, tilting device, conductivity device and electric control system.

 

.1  Rotation device :Rotating mechanism consist of rotating table, rotating frame and transmission mechanism,compact structure, steady transmission. Worktable adopted the structure of main body welding and fission connection. Structure of main body of worktable is frame type,.

   Worktable could rotary unlimited in its rotary surface, driver of rotation adopted high planetary gear reducer,either the bearing capacity or the Resistance to low speed crawl, are much better than other gear reducer. Rotation speed of worktable: 0.02-0.2rpm, driven by AC motor, with the wide speed range, smooth operation, ensure the workpiece could stay at any position, 

 

.2  Tilting device:

The workbench of reverse transmission process: AC motor-reducer-Gear transmission-workbench flip. In order to ensure the workpiece flip positioning, motor output shaft end using electromagnetic brake, Can make the workpiece in the best welding position, could accurate positioning and would not happen in danger. As the main measures of protection of power. The tilting movement organization is to adopt the motor to drive the worm, and drive its worm wheel, which is fixed on the tilting body, the whole tilting framework acts through worm wheel to carry out its movement. The worktable can tilt or stop at any position within 0-90 degree. Driving motor with braking function, tilting angle high-point position has limit-switch. Worm and worm wheel unit transmission has self-lock mechanism, so worktable will not tilt on its own under rated loading

 

.3 Electric control system are consists of control board and remote control. Partial space inside frame is taken as control board, with installation elements controlling motor ON/OFF and inverter. Through which can control FWD, REV, TILT UP, TILT DOWN and rotation speed of work table.
