1. Plasma transfer arc system (PTA) is a high energy, inert gas welding process. It is mainly used for arc plasma, powder conveying and shielding of molten materials. The product provides a very high quality deposit that offers optimal protection with minimal dilution and deformation of the basic material. plasma transfer arc is a process of very precise deposit of very precise alloy coatings on mechanical parts, which are subject to intense wear and tear, greatly extending their service life. PTA technology is particularly effective in preventing corrosion, thermal shock and wear.

Powder plasma spray welding technology is a kind of surface strengthening technology, which uses the high temperature melting metal powder produced by compressed plasma arc to form a metallurgical bonded layer with specific properties on the surface of the workpiece.

For example, plasma transfer arc is used in high, medium and low pressure valve sealing surface spray welding. DESAN has produced more than 100 sets of spray welding equipment over the years, which is applied to repair valve sealing surface of large and medium-sized valve manufacturers in China.

The welding temperatures required for proper application of hard-faced materials are not necessarily the same as those required for structural welding. Instead of a mixture of two compatible metals produced in structural welding, the parent provides a surface coating of one bead or one alloy to resist impact or abrasive action.plasma transfer arc -This process requires only enough application heat to obtain a good connection to the parent metal. The mixture of these two metals is the smallest. In the process of hard surface welding, the use of too much heat will thin the hard surface alloy on the metal surface, thereby reducing the wear resistance of the material.
